From its original focus as a not for profit organisation dedicated to developing young people, Bowles has broadened to work with a wide range of organisations – commercial, not for profit and statutory - providing a one-stop shop for their training and people development needs.
Over 40 years, it has developed the many facilities which, complementing the distinctive natural features of its grounds, create a safe, supportive but challenging environment for all aspects of personal development.
