MRI Overseas Properties project overview

MRI Overseas Property help people to buy and sell property abroad in 18 countries, including Spain, France and Portugal.

MRI required an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that would provide staff members with access to data from anywhere in the world.

MintTwist created a web based CRM system that tied in with the companies existing property website and back-office systems. Because they were able to access data whilst on the move, on average, sales staff were able to spend 25% more time with customers which yielded an initial 31% increase in sales quarter-on-quarter.
