Being an experienced individual, I'm sure that you don't need me to tell you what is required of an SEO professional. To help differentiate the candidates, we will be looking for answers to the following questions:

- Technical understanding of the internet is vey useful indeed. How familiar are you with HTML/PHP?
- Tell us about a time you collected and analysed data to test a new theory. What was the result?
- What do you think are the benefits and limitations of working in teams rather than alone?
- List the techniques that we use to promote MintTwist online.
- Why should we hire you over all the other candidates?
- Who is your favourit Star Wars character and why?

PHP Programmer
We are looking for Web Engineers/Developers who can:
- Work with a team to create compelling and cutting-edge websites and web applications
- Turn design and user interface mockups into functional websites.
- Custom programming and web application development.
- Troubleshooting of existing client sites .
- Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- MySQL, joins, query analysis
- JavaScript
- JQuery (and AJAX)
- XML (namespaces, validation, preferably xquery)
- Experience with LAMP will give you an edge
- Must be able to build website with CMS
- Should be a team player and must understand the importance of communication amongst team members.
- Knowledge of open source like Drupal, WordPress, Zencart, or JOOMLA is a plus.
